Volunteering with the Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens Advice Bureau shopfront is staffed by experienced and dedicated volunteers. We provide a friendly, supportive environment for people from all walks of life. Recruitment is based on the organisation's need. If you have a commitment to helping others and would like to be involved in an organisation that directly assists people in the ACT, please contact our office on 6257 1687. We provide the necessary training.

Free Internet Access

We have 2 computers available for free public use. If you live in the ACT and region, have a pension or a health care card and are over the age of 25 then you are eligible to use this service.

Tax Help

Free Tax Help for low income earners.
When: Starts July and continues to the end of August.
Day & Time: Wednesday afternoons 1pm-4pm.
